ORGANIZE THE CONDOMINIUM

MANAGING CONSTITUENT PARTS

Create the constituent parts of the condo (fractions, equipment, common areas) and classify them into groups. Constituent parts can then be allocated to co-owners and tenants. The history of assignments is available.

GROUND PLANS

Upload the ground plans (images) of the condominium, floor by floor, building by building, with all details and common areas. Each co-owner or resident can then easily find any fraction (with its number) by checking the plans.

CONDOMINIUM DIRECTORY

The directory regroups all the contacts of your condominium: co-owners, renters, board members, condo corporation managers, professionals, service providers... Each contact has its own detailed file with a photo.

MANAGEMENT PERIODS, MANAGERS

You can define management periods for your condominium (e.g. one period = the year between two general assemblies) as well as the managers in charge of the administrative tasks (the corporation and its personnel).

COMMUNICATE AND EXCHANGE

INSTANT MESSAGING

Instant messaging is used to communicate with all contacts in your online condominium (contacts in the directory). It works like e-mails, but all messages are instant and are saved on the website.

INFORMATION MEMOS

Information memos are the way to durably inform residents and co-owners. You can choose the transmission mode of each memo: public, restrained, time-limited, posted on top of the welcome page...

SIGNALS

Signals allow you to quickly inform the all users of your online condominium of any topic that needs to be treated quickly (e.g. an emergency). You can receive notifications of new signals by e-mail (via your user preferences).

COMMUNIQUES

Communiques are specific messages sent by board members, moderators, managers, or the Webmaster. Communiques inform and alert about important subjects related to the condominium or other events.

INTERNAL DISPLAYS

To help you save time and work, we have prepared general information documents that you can print and display in the common areas of the condominium. You may also propose new subjects for us to prepare for you.

E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Being informed in real time of any event happening in your condominium is essential. We offer you an automatic notification system by e-mail that you can configure to your preferences.

INTER-CONDOMINIUM SOCIAL NETWORK

Exchange and collaborate with other condominiums in your neighborhood, in your city, in your region, or in the whole country. Our social network (the ICN) connects all condominiums that are members of our website.

FORUM (INTER-CONDOMINIUM NETWORK)

The forum allows you to publish messages to be seen by all condominiums member of our service. Replies are linked to the original message. Use the forum to inform, alert, request help, propose a group action... etc.

DOCUMENT AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

CONDOMINIUM RULES

Each version of the condominium Rules (uploaded in PDF format) is available for co-owners and residents. Simply upload a new version of the Rules and it will become the new reference for any user of your condominium online.

CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION

Each version of the Declaration (uploaded in PDF format) is available for co-owners and the Board of Directors. As with the Condominium Rules, you can upload and manage several versions of the Declaration.

DOCUMENTS, DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

The document management system is designed to stock documents related to the condominium. Create groups (and sub-groups) to organize documents, and upload a document to the website in a few clicks.

FOLDERS (PROJECTS, WORKS, STUDIES...)

Create folders for projects and works to come: feed them with notes, photos, documents, and even sub-folders. Define the contact list of a folder, in order to quickly identify the responsible party and the participants.

PHOTO LIBRARY

The photo library is at your disposal to conserve and classify all photos and pictures of the condominium (and characterize them). You can also organize your personal photos and decide if they should be made visible to other users.

PLACES

Places are often-used geographic locations. You define a place file with textual information, images, and photos. From there, you can attach the place to an event (e.g. a General Assembly, or a meeting of Board members).

COLLABORATE AND DECIDE

GENERAL MEETINGS

Your general meetings are precisely prepared and monitored: sheet of meeting, location, attendance list, agenda, definition of the Board of Directors, uploading minutes (PDF), comments, e-mail alerts (prior to the meeting).

PROFESSIONALS RATINGS

Professional contacts related to your condominium can be reviewed and rated by users of your online condo. Simply give a rating (from 1 to 5) to a contact, and visualize the average rate in smiley face form.

UNDERSTANDING THE CONDOMINIUM

CONDO DATASHEET AND METRICS

The condominium datasheet centralizes essential data about your condominium. It also shows useful metrics, such as the number of fractions, the number of co-owners (residents and renters), the number of tenants... etc.

TIPS AND HINTS

In order to raise awareness and quickly train co-owners and residents of the condominium, the website offers a database of tips and hints. You can add to this database by proposing new tips and hints to the webmaster

USER PREFERENCES

User preferences allow each user to define the way their personal data is displayed on the site (e.g. your contact information) as well as the way the site automatically alerts you (by e-mail) in case of events.

CONTEXT-SENSITIVE HELP

Context-sensitive help is a system that will accompany you in learning to use tools and features on your online condominium. Just one click is necessary to display the exact information that matches to what you are trying to do.

PERSONAL DASHBOARD

The dashboard lists the events you haven’t yet consulted. It’s a menu to access new information and allow you to save time when you connect to your online condominium.
