Set your preferences for your condominium online
Your condominium online allows you to choose how certain features and displays will operate. The preferences panel in your user account lets you choose how to manage your personal data online, and what type of events (related to your condominium online) you receive by e-mail.
User preferences

With user preferences you can choose how your personal data (phone numbers, e-mail address) are displayed online : you can decide to show or hide them to any particular group of contacts (eg: hide them from all co-owners, but show them to the Board of Directors). You can also choose to be alerted by e-mail when events occur on your online condominium (eg: a general meeting getting close, a new message, a new report, a new signal, the end of the subscription of the condominium).
To remember for your condominium
- use the preferences panel (in your user account) to choose how certain features should behave
- user preferences allow you to control how your personal data id displayed within your condominium online
- user preferences let you define which types of events and alerts you want to receive by e-mail
