The life of a condominium is a succession of periods of management, which end (and also start) by a general assembly. Each management period involves a manager who has the responsibility of administering the condominium and managing its expenses. Management period record
The record allows you to define a management mode (eg: professional manager, by co-owners, judicial...) as well as start and end dates. Select a contact in the condominium directory to take on the role of manager. You may also add one or more contacts (always from the directory) that will each have a management role.
For example, a professional manager (eg: corporation) will have the role of manager, and his or her staff (director, main manager of your condominium, secretary) can be added to the management period.
Manager's record
A manager's record is very simple to complete. You can also set start and end dates, because a manager could intervene only partially during a management period.
Managers in the condominium's directory
When you have set up managers for the current management period of your condominium, they will automatically appear in the condominium directory (in the « Managers » section). You can then quickly view information about these contacts, and also send them messages with one click.
