Signals to alert and inform in real time
Being able to inform and quickly alert others is important in a condominium, especially if it is vast. The signal service was designed for this purpose. It makes it possible to immediately inform all the co-owners, all the tenants, and the manager (and staff) of any event or problem in the condominium.
The list of new signals
Each new signal appears in the list « New ». Other lists are available: the signals you have read (archives), the signals you have published, and your signals being created (drafts).
Each signal appears with an icon (image) corresponding to the nature of the signal (noise nuisance, technical problem, incivility...). Simply click on a signal to access its card.
Signal Card
The creation of a signal is very simple (as for all the tools on the site). Once your signal is created you can publish it, and it appears immediately on the site.
A signal can be linked to a fraction of the condominium in order to specify the place concerned by the information. The Board of Directors (or union council) can modify any published signal in order to complete it (text box dedicated to the union council).
Note that you may decide to receive an e-mail when a new signal is posted on the site. So you are kept informed in real time of the events in your condominium.
