All stakeholders of your condominium in a single directory
The directory of the condominium makes it possible to find the contact card of any user : co-owner, tenant, member of the Board of Directors (or Union Council), manager (and staff), and any other professional who intervenes for the condominium.
Contact cards are classified by categories (eg: co-owners, members of the Board of Directors, tenants) and a search engine allows to find any card from selection criteria.
Each contact card is accompanied by a photo ID, and for the co-owners, by indicators of their role in the condominium (ex: member of the Board of Directors, chairman of the Board of Directors...). A contact card allows two actions: the first to open a detailed information panel, the second to send a message directly to the contact.
Contact cards in the directory of the condominium
A contact card shows what is essential to know about a contact: name, first name, photo, roles within the condominium, and whether she/he is connected at this time.

Classification of contact cards by category
The site offers several pre-defined categories for classifying contacts. The cards automatically appear in the categories according to the characteristics of the contact.
The search engine
The search engine allows to find any contact recorded in the condominium. Simply select one or more search criteria and then start the search.
The information panel associated with a card
This panel lists a set of details about the contact. Note that phone numbers can be displayed or not (to other people) according to the preferences of the contact. The panel indicates the roles of the contact within the condominium, as well as the list of the fractions owned by the contact, if she/he is a co-owner.
