The Rules of the condominium is the official and legal document that specifies how your condominium must operate. This document must be readily available to all co-owners, as soon as the need arises.
You have the possibility to put your Rules online in the form of a PDF file (which is a standard format). You may then consult it quickly, with a single click.
Last version of the Rules, previous versions of the Rules
Once created by the Board of Directors (or union council), the internal regulations in PDF format are permanently available on the site. Simply click on the PDF file icon to open the regulations with your PDF file reader (nb: free software on the Internet). And whenever a new version of the regulations is created, previous versions remain accessible.
Creation and modification of Rules online
The creation (or modification) of a version of your condominium Rules is done easily online.
When you want to associate a PDF file with a version of the Rules, simply click to open the Upload Manager and select the PDF file on your workstation. It will be uploaded and visible in seconds.
