Tools for managing your condominium : The Declaration

The Declaration: a document that describes fractions in your condominium

The condominium Declaration is a document established during the design of the condominium, and given to each co-owner, also with the condominium Rules.

This document lists and specifies all the fractions constituting the condominium (home units, commercial units, technical units, common areas, staircases, etc.) with the related shares. It specifies the number of each fraction (number on ground plan) as well as door number.

It is from this document that you will create all the fractions of your online condominium on RedLeafCondo.

Last version of the Declaration, previous versions of Declaration

As for the management of Rules (internal regulations), you can upload your Declaration (in standard PDF format) and store it online. It can then be viewed directly online by all authorized persons (co-owners, members of the Board of Directors / Union Council, management company and staff). You will also be able to keep previous versions of the condo Declaration (in case it would change during the life of the condominium).

Creating and modifying the Declaration online

The creation (or modification) of a version of your condominium Declaration is very easy on the website. Simply open the online Declaration file, then fill in input fields, and associate a PDF file (that will then be uploaded).
