Tools for managing your condominium : communiques

Communiques

Communiques are priority information for condominiums. They are published by groups of people with specific roles:

  • members of the Board of Directors (or Union Council)
  • moderators
  • managers (and staff)
  • the Webmaster

They are addressed to groups of qualified persons within the condominium: the Board of Directors, the co-owners (the corporation), the tenants, the managers... etc.).

Communiques on the home page of your condominium

For each category of issuer - Board of Directors (or Union Council), Manager / Trustee, Moderators, Webmaster - the headings of the latest communiques appear in a dedicated frame.

A mouse click on a header then takes you to the complete list of communiques published by the issuer.

Creating a communique

It can be published (made visible) for one or more categories of recipients: for everyone, for the supervisor of your online condominium, for the members of the Board of Directors, for the moderators, for the co-owners , for the tenants, or for the manager and its staff.

When a communique is published it appears instantly for all users for whom it is intended.
