RedLeafCondo is a website and service designed to help you manage your condominium. It is dedicated to co-owners and members of the Board of Directors (or union council), but also to residents (owners and tenants). The site offers many management tools to help you administer and master your condo on a daily basis.
You have the choice between 3 subscription plans, from the simplest to the most complete :
Please note: it is the condominium that subscribes to the service, not each co-owner individually. The price of the subscription is therefore to be paid once for all the condominium.
The price of the subscription is calculated from the fractions it contains and from the plan you choose. Use our Configurator (nb: its free and with no obligation) to create your condominium and see the price of a subscription.
When you are ready to subscribe your condominium, just validate the configuration that was created using the Configurator, and then proceed to payment. Your condo will be created online within a few days after payment is received.
The very first subscription of the condominium, which lasts 6 months, is entitled « Discovery ». When this subscription ends you can then continue with a regular subscription (12 months duration) :
The principle of the « Discovery » subscription is to give time to co-owners and residents of the condominium to familiarize themselves with the service and tools. You can take the time to test RedLeafCondo at half the price of a regular subscription.
Please note: subscription to RedLeafCondo is not automatically renewed (unlike other services on the web). You have the choice not to pursue the subscription when it expires. In case of non-renewal (or late renewal) tools and access are blocked, but your condominium is never deleted from RedLeafCondo.
