Questions and Answers : Subscription

  • Does each user need to subscribe, or it is the entire condominium?
  • It is up to the entire condominium to take a subscription to the service, not to each co-owner. The whole interest of the service lies in the fact that everyone has access to the online condominium and has the opportunity to participate with the others. In addition, a single subscription for the whole condominium is a far simpler and obvious task to get done, rather than trying to get every co-owner make her/his subscription individually. It is also much easier for accounting.

  • If our condominium subscribes, what exactly does this entail for us?
  • It's simple: in exchange for the price of the subscription you have full access to your online condominium for the chosen duration. There are no hidden options, no additional costs related to use or attendance, no concealed quota. Using our service implies only the normal acceptance, by all users, of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

  • How do we sign up our condominium?
  • To subscribe, we advise you to obtain the prior agreement of the Boards of Directors, so that they are collectively responsible for the decision. Then, if you depend on a professional manager (trustee) ask them to fulfill the subscription process, and record the cost of the subscription in the running costs of the condominium. If your condo is self-managed then the co-owner designated as a manager will have to make the payment. If the condominium subscribes for the first time then use the configurator, whose last step you will validate. If you wish to renew an existing subscription then use the functions provided for this purpose in the space of your online condo.

  • What happens at the end of the subscription? Are we forewarned?
  • In order to let you manage your subscription, we do not automatically renew it when it expires. Members of the Board of Directors (Union Council) are therefore responsible for renewing the subscription or requesting its renewal by your Manager (management company). Members of the Union Council are always warned before subscription's deadline. You are therefore free to stop the subscription without having to initiate a procedure (registered letter...). Finally, if you delay renewing the subscription, and it stops, know that it will always be possible to renew it normally later, because your condominium is never deleted.

  • If we decide to stop the subscription, what happens to our condominium online?
  • If you exceed the term of your subscription and do not renew it, then most of the access to the site will be locked or severely limited, but your condominium will continue to exist within our service. No data or resources will be deleted. This allows you to subscribe again later if you wish.
