- What guarantees of service and quality of service will we have?
The service (the site) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. That said, service stoppages may occur and we do not guarantee that it will be available 100% of the time. Service stoppages can be unintentional (failures, network problems, server congestion) or voluntary (maintenance, server migration, restart of application modules). In any case we will mobilize to make such cuts as short as possible. We also undertake to extend the subscription deadlines in the event that excessive cuts occur (any service stoppage lasting more than one day). In the case of scheduled and long-term outages, all users would be notified in advance via the site. As far as quality of service is concerned, we will do our utmost to offer you a fast, smooth and efficient service so that everyone can use it in the best possible conditions.
- What happens if a user abuses the service?
If a user of your online condominium does not respect the Terms and Conditions of Use, or poses problems to the community, then it is the responsibility of the members of the Board of Directors (Union Council), the moderators, and to your condominium Supervisor to call him to order. Your condominium Supervisor can potentially sanction this user by temporarily blocking access to the condominium. The Webmaster (of the service) can in turn intervene to call to order any user (whatever his role in the site) and possibly lock his account.
- I own fractions in several condominiums. Will i have to use multiple user accounts?
For the moment, yes. But we are studying the possibility in the future to allow you to connect to all your condominiums using a single set of access codes.
- Do you offer assistance if I have questions or problems?
In order to answer your questions and process problems you might encounter you can contact the webmaster via the public contact form on the site. Any request will arrive instantly, and we will be able to respond to them quickly (from a few minutes to a few hours). You shouldn't be left without answer from us too long.
- Is there an online help or a notice to understand the operation of the site and its tools?
Yes. You have access to a description of each tool on the site. Also, most features of your online condominium are accompanied by a contextual help which appears at the top of the related page.
