- Does this service cost money?
The site consists of two parts: the first part offers useful information and is free and accessible to everybody. The second part is private and accessible with a subscription : it is the communication and management environment of your online condominium. It's the most useful part and also the one that was the most complex to design.
- What will it cost for our condominium?
The cost of subscription is calculated for each condominium. It consists of a fixed amount to which is added an amount function of the number and nature of the fractions to be managed in your condominium. We offer a configurator to calculate the price of the subscription for your condominium (and to subscribe). Note that the price of a subscription is calculated in a degressive way, in order to remain reasonable for large condos. The cost per co-owner and per month is in the order of a few dollars CAD (for smaller condominiums) downto a few dozen cents CAD for very large condos.
- Why are there 3 subscription plans?
We offer three subscription plans, from the simplest to the most complete. This allows you to adapt the plan - and thus the palette of the proposed tools - to the needs of your condominium, and also to find the most acceptable budget for your condominium. You may change subscription plan at the time you renew your subscription.
- What is the « Discovery » subscription?
The «Discovery » subscription is a facility offered for the very first subscription of your condominium: it allows the co-owners and residents to take the time to discover the tools by limiting the duration of the subscription to 6 months (instead of 12 months on regular plans). You start with the 6 months «Discovery » subscription, and after that renew with a 12 months regular subscription.
