Questions and Answers : Condominium Managers, Professional Property Administrators

  • I'm a professional manager (of condominiums): is RedLeafCondo of any use for me?
  • Yes it is. RedLeafCondo is intended primarily for the co-owners and the residents of condominiums, but it is also intended for the professionals who help managing the condominium on a daily basis. Tools are provided to enable managers to participate fully in the operation of the online condominium.

The objective of our online service is to enable all stakeholders in the life of a condominium to collaborate together, to better understand (and make better understand) the condominium and its stakes, and to solve problems quickly and easily. The Manager (or the Property Administrator) is an important part of this collaboration.

  • Why would I want to promote a service dedicated to co-owners?
  • Firstly because the interest of the condominium is at stake. Next, because the Manager (or the Property Administrator) is at the service of the condominium. Finally, because RedLeafCondo was designed to integrate Managers (management company and staff) and allow them to take full part in the online condominium. A manager thus participates in a coherent whole, it gains in time and efficiency, and renders a better service to its own customers (the co-owners).

RedLeafCondo was designed to drastically improve exchanges, visibility, and collaboration between all stakeholders of a condominium. Professionals serving the condominium are obviously part of it. As a professional your mission is often difficult to carry out (the job of being a manager for condominiums is not so easy), and so, RedLeafCondo allows you to reinforce (or re-establish) the relationship with the corporation (the co-owners) and also with tenants. Adopting and promoting RedLeafCondo is a way to better serve all parties.
