  • We made our first subscription request. When will we be able to connect?
  • Once the subscription request is made, and once the price of the subscription received, we proceed to the creation of your online condominium. When the creation is effective an e-mail is sent to the condominium Supervisor, with her/his access codes to the condominium's private space on our site. Note that the condominium Supervisor is one of the members of the Board of Directors (or Union Council) who has been appointed to assume this role during the subscription process. Once the Supervisor has logged in to the private space of your condominium, she/he can start creating other user accounts. Each new account created (and activated) then allows the corresponding user to connect in turn.

  • I should have access to the site, but I can not connect. What is going on ?
  • Make sure that your condominium Supervisor has successfully created your account and that it is enabled, meaning access to the site is allowed. Then verify that your access codes are valid. You received default access codes when your account was created, but you may have changed these codes later on. Also note that you must use a recent Internet browser to access the site. In particular, it must authorize the execution of JavaScript scripts and authorize cookies, otherwise you will not be able to log in or use the tools from your online condominium.
