The private management space offers co-owners - as well as all those who have a role to play in your condominium - a centralized, collaborative, modern, 24-hour Internet-based environment with many practical tools.
The management tools were designed by Boards of Directors (or Union Councils) and veteran co-owners. They allow you to communicate easily, organize yourself efficiently, and allow you to master your condominium and protect your investment!

Subscription and price
Subscription to RedLeafCondo is taken for the entire condominium (and not individually). The price of a subscription depends on the fractions and size of your condominium (with a decreasing rate for large condos). Use our online configurator to calculate the price of a subscription for your condo. As an indication, the price per month for a co-owner is of the order of a few dollars CAD (including taxes).
