Service use environment :
The service has been designed to work optimally on a personal computer (PC or Mac), equipped with a screen with a minimum resolution of 1024 pixels x 768 pixels, and equipped with an Internet connection.
The part of the website freely visible from the Internet is mobile compatible and can be accessed on a smartphone. The condominium management service (private part of the service) has not been optimized for display on smartphones but it will normally work on mobile devices (especially on tablet PCs).
Specific technical requirements :
The service does not require a particularly powerful computer for its use because it is technically optimized to run on a standard Internet browser. A computer for office use is sufficient.
The service does not require a high-performance Internet connection for its use because it is technically optimized to consume as little bandwidth as possible on your Internet connection. However, a high-speed connection (ADSL, VDSL, Fiber) will bring you all the convenience to take full advantage of it, especially if you intend to download large documents or take advantage of advanced multimedia functions.
Internet browser compatibility :
The site has been tested on the following browsers :
- Internet Explorer
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari (on Windows)
- Opera
- SeaMonkey
Note: the compatibility of the site is regularly checked for the most widespread browsers. That said, new versions of these browsers can sometimes behave differently (browser designers are likely to make changes in the way their browsers work). We invite you to report any concerns you may encounter on the website by sending us a message using our contact form
Mobile Compatibility :
The website is compatible for mobile devices. However, the display of the private part of the website (management tools for your condominium) is not optimized for smartphones.
Display Issues :
If you encounter display problems on the website, and before contacting the webmaster, consider forcing a refresh of the cache of your web browser.
The browser's cache contains the pages (consisting of files HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and photos) of the sites you visit on the Internet. Your browser uses its cache to display a page you have visited again in order to speed up its display.
But sometimes the page stored in the browser cache is out of sync compared to the last modified version of the page on the website. In this case, display problems may occur.
To refresh the cache of your browser try in order the following actions (one at a time) :
- Press the F5 key on your keyboard
- Press the CTRL key (control key) on your keyboard and simultaneously press the F5 key on your keyboard
- Go into the options of your internet browser and look for the function that allows to empty its cache
Try the above actions in this order until the display on the website returns to normal. If you are still having problems, please send us a message using our contact form, and explaining the nature of the problem and the browser you are using (name and version). We will do our utmost to identify the problem and correct it.
