How to proceed ?
  1. Create a configuration,
  2. Indicate the number of constituent parts (fractions, common areas, equipement) in your condominium,
  3. Choose a subscription plan,
  4. The price is calculated automatically !
When you decide to subscribe your condominium, you just need to validate the last step of the configuration to order (what you can do now, or later).

Please note before you start :

  • Upon creation of your configuration, you will receive a unique code to save
  • Your configuration is available at all times on the site through use of this unique code
  • As long as it has not been validated your configuration can be modified at any time

And after that ?

When you have ordered the subscription for your condominium :

  • You will receive an email containing the order summary
  • You can proceed to payment of the subscription (through bank transfer)
  • Upon receipt of payment, your condominium is created and the designated supervisor receives his access codes
  • The supervisor can then proceed to create the accounts of all other co-owners
